From the start, it was obvious that Ken was different from the other pool builders we had met with. Ken came to our house, measured the area, found out what we wanted and discussed some of his own suggestions, before presenting 4-5 designs with his fantastic 3D computer simulation software.
This made it so easy to see what worked (and what didn’t) within the space available, not only with respect to the pool design but also the subsequent landscaping.

Ken’s experience and flair for design are obvious in the final result, and we are thrilled (as are the kids). Not only does it look great, but is very easy to maintain.
Ken was also happy to listen to specific requests that we had, and sourced the requested items with no fuss. His staff were readily available, and were fantastic at trouble-shooting the inevitable minor problems that arose. He managed the whole project and deals with great contractors, meaning the fencing and tiling etc were done beautifully with no stress to us.
